Born at a motel in Iraan, Texas. Preceded in death by his mother and father, and by the uncle who raised him. Survived by his ex-wife, Carla.
Friends may call at a private residence in Los Angeles for one evening only: Doors at half past seven; he rises at eight. The door is closed at eight and is not opened again. Address withheld until confirmation.
Eulogy by the deceasedTwenty may be seated. Services closed to the public. No photographs, no notices. Bring flowers and your own Jesus Juice. Funeral attire.
